How the estimate is calculated
Company fee. Fixed support plan: Light — 900 BYN, Standard — 1 500 BYN, Premium — 1 900 BYN. See “Services & pricing” for what each includes.
Delivery to Minsk. USA and Canada — about $4,250 on average (shipping to Georgia + driving to Minsk), Europe — €1,500, Korea — $5,000, China — $4,000. Japan and UAE — on request.
Duty (private buyer). Cars under 3 years — 24% of the value. 3–5 years: e.g. 1.6 L — €2,000, 2.0 L — €2,700, 3.0 L — €4,500. Over 5 years: 1.6 L — €2,800, 2.0 L — €4,800, 3.0 L — €7,500. EVs — €0 under the quota (relief until 2028), PHEV — 15% + 20% VAT.
Fees. Recycling fee: 641 BYN for cars under 3 years, 1 282 BYN — over 3 years. Customs processing fee — 120 BYN, customs warehouse — 500 BYN.
Important: the car’s age is determined on the customs clearance date, not the purchase date. If the car moves into an older bracket during shipping, the rate goes up — we account for this during sourcing.

How much does car delivery cost?
The cost depends on the route, dimensions and shipping type. Roughly: from Europe by car carrier — from €1,500, from the USA by container — from $2,200, from Korea/China — from $3,500. We’ll prepare an exact quote free of charge once we know the details.
What does the cargo insurance cover?
The insurance covers all transportation risks: damage during loading/unloading, accidents, natural disasters, theft and loss of cargo. The insured amount equals the car’s full value; compensation is paid within 30 days of claim confirmation.
How can I track my car’s location?
After dispatch you receive the container/bill of lading number to track on the carriers’ websites. We also send regular updates via WhatsApp/Telegram: loading, departure, transit ports, arrival.
Can you deliver to other EAEU countries?
Yes — to Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. After customs clearance in Belarus the car obtains EAEU goods status and moves freely within the union. We arrange delivery by car carrier or rail.
What if the car is damaged in transit?
A mandatory inspection with a condition report is carried out at unloading. Any damage is documented with photos and a claim is filed with the carrier; the insurance covers repairs or compensation. We handle all negotiations with the insurer and carrier.
